Interesting expression, "what made you want to keep the car after you bought it?" What would make me want to get rid of it? Where are you getting all the bad reviews from? MY experience is that most bad reviews come from publishers who test drive many cars and find the unique handling of the smart different and off-putting. But the people who actually own and love their smarts tell me they love how it it feels. I like how it drives like a manual transmission without the clutch, for instance. Perhaps you should check out sites like Smart USA Insider and 451s for a broader perspective? Good luck with your paper! Please let me know if I can provide you with more information or anything.
